I am in love with this DIY Travel Art Center. If you have a long weekend coming up with a vacation or road trip this DIY Travel Center will be perfect! If you have young kids in the car then you know one of your biggest challenges is keeping them entertained in the backseat to avoid the “are we there yet” questions. This travel car art center will hopefully curb the boredom and keep those little ones occupied while you’re on the road.
The flat surface will provide a good surface for coloring and the magnets on the bottom of the tin will keep all of the supplies in one place. (As a side note and reflection on doing this DIY myself…don’t put crayons in your tin and leave them in the car during the hot summer days! Ours all melted together in a big hunk of greasy mess!) This is also a great upcycle too!
