  • 1 scoop GNC vanilla casein protein powder
  • 1/4 C pumpkin puree
  • Handful spinach (optional)
  • 1/3 C vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 in piece fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp allspice
  • 1/8 tsp guar gum
  • Ice, to taste
