An energising drink that will help you stay calm and focused so you can get any task done.
- half a cup of sweetened un-flavoured almond milk (or use homemade)
- half a cup of filtered water OR substitute with almond milk if desired
- 8 large ice cubes, or more if needed
- half a teaspoon of organic matcha green tea (I use this one)
- sweetener of choice, if desired
