This is a simple but wonderful meal whose preparation requires nothing more than putting it in a pan, sprinkling it with some seasonings, and popping it in the oven! You can use what veggies you have on hand or your family’s favorites, too, so it’s easy to make this dish a family favorite.

- Assorted vegetables of your choice, cut into bite size pieces if large
- ½ cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
