Recipe is for 2 lbs of shrimp - can be easily halved.
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 12 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 4 cloves of garlic (sliced in half or thirds - any smaller will burn)
- 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (I left the tails on just for presentation)
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
