Smoothies are on a regular rotation at our house so it’s no surprise that our third babe would also be a smoothie lover. Eva’s been drinking smoothies since she was about 8 or 9 months old and she loves them. She asks for them every day, especially if her big sis and bros are slurping up smoothies.
“Moothie Mama, moothie.”
This toddler-friendly recipe can easily be changed around, depending on what your toddler is eating and not eating. Eva doesn’t really like cooked veggies so I make sure to put veggies in all of her smoothies. Sneaking veggies into your kiddies starts at an early age.
- Combine all the ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Yield: approximately 1 ½ cups
