This quick and easy steamed fish is one of my favorite dishes. It is also known as Cantonese-Style steamed fish. It's healthy and delicious.
- 4 to 5 Slices Ginger
- 3 to 4 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 to 3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
- 3 to 4 Tbsp Shallot Oil or Peanut Oil
- 1/2 inch Ginger, julienned
- 1 Red Chili, thinly sliced
