Steamed Fish With Ginger And Soy Sauce

This quick and easy steamed fish is one of my favorite dishes. It is also known as Cantonese-Style steamed fish. It's healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 Slices Ginger
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp Shallot Oil or Peanut Oil
  • 1/2 inch Ginger, julienned
  • 1 Red Chili, thinly sliced
