Who doesn’t love a good brunch?! OK, I told you allll about those weird Swiss brunch habits in this post and it’s probably time for me to throw a huge brunch party and invite the entire country over for some hash browns, pancakes and cocktails.
While I’m not sure I could handle such a showdown (ohmygosh, imagine making French toast for 8 million people!!) , I thought I’d start with a simple recipe collection of tasty brunch foods with an awesome twist: They’re all on the healthier side so we can have two servings of each.
