Mustard and Molasses Pork Chops on the Grill

Ingredients

  • That is the right ratio of meat to potatoes
  • Pork in Mustard Molasses and Bourbon Marinade
  • 4 thick cut pork chops or 3 lb pork loin
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 2-4 dashes cayenne hot sauce
  • Salt/pepper
  • Season pork with salt and pepper. Mix everything else together in a large container or plastic bag. Place pork in marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning every so often. Create a fire in the grill and cook over direct heat if they are pork chops or indirect heat if a whole tenderloin. Brush excess marinade onto pork as it cooks.
