Avocado Ranch Dressing

Avocado Ranch Dressing

I despise ranch dressing. I think it is one of the most disgusting dressings to come out of a bottle. In fact, I will eat salad plain before I put ranch dressing on it. That is except for Chili’s Avocado Ranch Dressing.  This is a problem because my family LOVES ranch dressing. Well, they did. One son stopped enjoying food when he started reading labels and couldn’t understand half of what was on the label. Really, I didn’t teach him. He did it on his own.

Since my family loves ranch dressing so much and I refuse to buy most bottled dressings, I need to find solutions. Solution one is our Balsamic Dressing that we love. It does get tiring when there are no options though so the other evening I whipped together a quick dressing. Of course, since I love an Avocado Ranch and I had an avocado I had to throw it in there. Plus, we are garlic lovers. Note: Not a garlic lover? Omit or add less fresh garlic to this recipe. Potent yummy-ness.
