Can you believe 2012 is already wrapping up? Halloween will soon be here to start the craziness of Fall and Winter Holidays. Our family doesn’t really celebrate Halloween. We never have and don’t plan to. Add to that I have a very sensitive child who is scared to death of costumes, witches, goblins and ghosties, it would make for a horrible evening. I heard about a media event happening at Sesame Place last weekend and jumped at the opportunity. I have had non-local friends ask us about Sesame Place since we are so close and I had nothing to tell them. It kind of requires having gone there to give a real answer to what it is like. Well, when I first contacted Sesame Place, little did I know it was the kick off to their Halloween Spook-tacular. After I confirmed our visit I saw The Count was the star of this party. I frantically asked a few friends who have been there at Halloweens past how scary it was. I mean, I know it’s for kids but there are some things I have seen that seem awfully scary to be classed as kid even though they are. I was reassured it was perfectly fine for even the most easily frightened.
