For the chicken:

Ingredients

  • 4 pastured organic chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup sprouted brown rice flour (see notes below)
  • 4 pasture-raised eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups almond meal (or almond flour)
  • ¼ cup fresh grated parmesan cheese (raw milk preferred)
  • 1 Tablespoon butter from grassfed cows
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or minced
  • ½ cup white wine
