Drumstick Kara Kuzhambhu – Murungakai Puli Kuzhambhu is the simplest and tasty dish that goes well with steamed rice. Addition of coconut mixture will enhance the taste.We can replace cashew nuts with poppy seeds. I prefer gingelly oil for better taste. But we can use refined oil also.I am not sure whether the same preparation method will goes well for all veggies. I didn’t try them. But drumstick is the best option.Now off  to the recipe

Drumstick/Murungakai – 2 nos(Cut into pieces)

Ingredients

  • Gingelly oil/ Sesame oil – 3tbsp
  • Mustard – 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek Seeds – 1 tsp
  • Vadagam – 1 tsp
