This is my favorite breakfast, lunch and often my favorite dinner during the summertime. It’s refreshing, dense enough to fill me up without any gluten, dairy or sugar. At Local Juicery this recipe is our best seller! We make a ton of these everyday. I wanted to share our recipe with you. A lot of you don’t live close by so you can’t experience this at our shop (although we’ll be opening another site within a year on the East Coast, more to come on that!). I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 Acai Packs
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Tablespoon Almond butter
  • 1/4-1/4 Cup Almond Mylk
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Tablespoon Hempseeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Goji Berries
  • 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 Cup Favorite Granola
  • 1/2 Cup Favorite Fruit (I love berries and banana!)
