Vegan, Raw and Sugar Free Chia Parfait

This is a really simple and absolutely delicious raw vegan breakfast or dessert option. The great thing about this creamy delicious recipe is almost anyone can eat it! It’s raw, sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and grain-free! This recipe is made with stevia, but can be adjusted to your personal needs. Each year for the holidays I make these little parfait for family and add them to a healthy food and product gift basket. A treat I can truly feel good about sharing. I hope you enjoy!

This recipe makes one 16 ounce serving



  • 11/4 cup of plain almond milk (homemade is best!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seed
  • 5 frozen or Fresh sliced strawberries
