This is another very easy, yet extremely healthy go to breakfast of mine. Life with a baby is filled with things to do and I’m doing my best to keep my health good for me and for baby.
Bee pollen is not vegan, but it’s loaded with B vitamins and immune boosting properties. Strawberries have a ton of natural vitamin C (hello gorgeous skin), coconut is a healthy fat with MTC (medium chain fatty acids) that give you energy fast! Hemp seeds are a great source of vegan protein!
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut shreds
- 1/4 goji berries
- 1/2 teaspoon bee pollen
