Pretty Overnight Chia + Oats

This is such a pretty (and easy!) recipe. I don’t usually eat oats, but when I do I use gluten free one. You can easily make this sans oats too! I often do that, but lately I’ve been feeling like I need some oats and you know I’m all about intuitive eating! So my intuition led me to create this yummy little breakfast treat. I use fresh berries, xylitol, cinnamon and my Sweet Vegan Almond milk! I also use dastony almond butter, it’s so creamy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 32 ounce mason jar
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoon xylitol
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon dastony almond butter
  • 1/4 cup chia seed
  • 1 cup of gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
