A great way to support his is by consuming foods that are easy to digest and fiber filled. This Raspberry Lime Crush Smoothie recipe I have for you is full of fiber and it’s loaded with antioxidants. Raspberries and cacao are two very nutrient dense foods that happen to taste delightful when put together. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large lime, juiced
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 chard leaves
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water to cover
