Pregnancy so far has been amazing! I’ve truly loved every second of it. I’ve been very lucky to not have many of the common aliments that pregnant woman complain of and I owe this in part to these 7 things below. I also think that eating a predominately vegan diet and doing a massive cleanse before conception has helped with this…and some of it is just good ol genetics. I also believe strongly that what you think and put out into the universe is powerful. I’ve only let myself go to positive places. When I catch a negative thought coming in, I replace it with a prayer, sweet thought or a healthy mantra. Pregnancy has the potential to change us for the better, to help us fully grow up into ourselves as the strong, beautiful, resilient, caring, sexy woman that we are. Knowing your options, using your instincts and making your own decisions are some of the sexiest things a woman can do. I put together this list for Mamas who are wanting to make their pregnancy as enjoyable as possible and grow from it at the same time.
