Ingredients

  • BASE LAYER
  • 1½ c. oats
  • 8 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. seed butter
  • TOP LAYER
  • 1 c. oats
  • ½ c. vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ c. seed butter
  • 1 chia egg (1 tbsp. chia seeds, 3 tbsp. water)
  • 7 medjool dates
  • ½ c. almond milk
  • GARNISH
  • Shredded coconut
  • Hemp seeds
