LASAGNA GRILLED CHEESE

Serves 3-4

1 pound ground turkey (or beef)

1 loaf italian bread, sliced

1 stalk celery, sliced thinly

1/2 onion, sliced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Parmesan cheese

Olive oil

Salt & pepper

Heat skillet over medium heat and cook ground meat for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt & pepper. Add celery, onion, garlic, oregano, and red wine vinegar to pan and continue to cook until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce to pan and heat for 1-2 more minutes. Meanwhile, spread butter on one side of bread slices.
