CRAB & GNOCCHI GRATIN CASSEROLE

CRAB & GNOCCHI GRATIN CASSEROLE

Serves 5-6

2 pounds gnocchi

1 pound crab meat, cooked

7 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup flour

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups half & half

16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 and 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

1 tablespoon parsley

Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook gnocchi according to the package instructions.Drain and arrange in a 9×13 baking dish.

Add the crab meat and mix.

Melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large saucepan. Whisk in flour, half & half, and garlic. After 1-2 minutes, adds cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
