  • 8 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 15 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 medium shallot, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
