Is there anything more scrumptious than blueberry pancakes drenched in homemade blueberry syrup on a Sunday morning? If there is I can’t think of it right now! However, I must confess that I am not a huge fan of plain pancakes. But add a cup of blueberries to that pancake batter and top it with blueberry syrup and you transform something ordinary into something extraordinary.
How to Make Blueberry Syrup
- 2 cups frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
