I am enjoying the cooler weather and the smell of new books, but I am not fond of the crush of activities that begin in September. Many nights I am pulling in the drive way ten minutes after I was planning on serving dinner. So I do a little preplanning and combine it with recipes that I can throw together quickly. Tonight I shared my Orange Spinach Salad with Orange Mustard Vinaigrette recipe at $5 Dinners. It is one of my “ Real Fast Food” recipes. A recipe that comes together quickly and easily, but is made of real ingredients rather than prepackaged food.
