Sometimes you just have to have a really good salad. Cherry tomatoes, fresh basil and avocado are a perfect trio added to other salad ingredients. We ended up eating the salad over cooked rice , and it was absolutely delicious. Simple to make, extraordinarily beautiful to serve.
