Ingredients: (Makes approx 12) 1/3 cup white flour 1/3 cup oats 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 2/3 cup worth mixture of chopped dates, walnuts and dark semi sweet chocolate chip 4 tbsp whole milk warm 4 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp water pinch of salt pinch of baking powder 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 stick melted butter Method: I just mixed everything together and used buttered muffin trays
