Tuna Melt

Yum! Dinner in a matter of minutes. It even had great flavor. It wasn't a boring tuna fish sandwich at all. I liked the fact that with it being open faced that it saved a bit on the calories with only one piece of bread. Tuna is also good for you. It's high in protein, and vitamin B. It's a great source of iron and potassium as well. So that makes this recipe a winner!!Recipe from Eating WellIngre
