Black Bean Quesadillas

This recipe was so awesome and easy! It's a great meatless weeknight meal when you don't have a lot of time. It also doesn't hurt that it has healthy ingredients in it like whole-wheat tortillas, avocado, and black beans. I came home one night from the gym and this was the meal I sat down to.
