How to Roast Garlic

Some of the most simple things in life are the BEST and roasted garlic slathered on crunchy bread is at the top of my list!  Ever since the weather turned colder, I've been making soups, stews and yummy warm dishes for my family.  We love to have a little bread on the table but to be honest, that idea can get a little stale... get it?  Sorry, I just had to.Anyway, back to the garlic
