This is the perfect recipe for beer battered fish. This was my first attempt in making it and it was a definite success. It was perfect and delicious! My husband topped his with vinegar and salt while I dipped it in ketchup (I am a kid at heart you know.). I also chose to use cod, which I think tasted perfect.
