Mentaiko, Pork & Pickled Vegetables Spaghetti (????????????????)

The first time I had this dish was during a trip to Fukuoka (??) in 2009. It was so tasty that I had to find the Japanese Pickled Vegetables or Takana (?????), so that I could replicate the pasta when I return to S'pore. I did just that & I was real satisfied. Read more »
