Ingredients: 16 oz sour cream 1 teaspoon dried chervil 1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste 1/4 cup minced fresh chives 2 tablespoons minced fresh tarragon 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly ground black pepper sea salt Directions: Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 1 hour prior to serving. Tip: Cut up chives using kitchen shears. So much easier th
