Pumpkin Almond Flax Granola {12 Weeks of Winter Squash}

Am I in the minority when I say that I do not like cinnamon in my granola?  I feel like I am.  But really, I can't stand it.  It always seems to over-power everything else and make everything all cloying, weirdly-spiced, and just plain old icky.  Funny thing is, I'm not a cinnamon hater.  I like it.  In the right circumstance.  In cinnamon rolls, for example.
