Cooking this Hakka Noodles is very easy, you just have to know how much to boil the noodles. If the noodles are over cooked then u won't be getting the perfectly cooked hakka noodles. So make sure you follow the instruction on the pack or you just boil the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes because you will be cooking the noodles again.
