Thanksgiving Side Dish- Haricot Verts with a Shallot and Pancetta Vinaigrette

This Thanksgiving side recipe of Haricot Verts has evolved over the years. When I meet people who don’t like green beans, I suggest that they try this recipe. It is always a favorite around our table. I recommend that this be the last thing you prepare for Thanksgiving. Ideally prepare it when your turkey is resting. It doesn’t take long to cook and you don’t want to chance over cooking the beans
