After our tour of the Parmigiano-Reggiano factory, we got back in our van and our driver took us to the next destination: a place where balsamic vinegar is made -- but you'll have to read about this part of the tour in my guest post over on Travel, Wine, and Dine. After we learned all about balsamic vinegar (and of course sampled it), Alessandro told us we were going to a trattoria in the hills
