Lettuce Tacos with Pico de Gallo

Week 3 of my low carb diet is leading me to continually search for foods that I crave. What I like about this recipe is that it is simple to add tortillas or crispy taco shells for those folks in the family who want traditional tacos. You can use my recipe for taco mix or buy your favorite from the store. In the end, lettuce tacos are healthy, delicious and satisfying.
