Oven Baked Bacon

I just tried baking bacon in the oven..... .  Well, Smack my forehead & call me a dummy! It's another one of those "I shoulda thought of that" kind of ideas. The best part besides not having grease splattered all over your kitchen walls is how easy it is to prepare...just put it on a foil lined pan & pop it in the oven.  Oven Baked Bacon
