It's closing in - just two weeks left until Thanksgiving! It's that time of year when I bust out my extremely large box full of Thanksgiving magazine back issues, clipped recipes, and Thanksgiving books. It's my favorite holiday. And as much as I'd like to say that I have this years menu locked-in...I definitely do not. I have a "rough" outline of what I want to make.
