Stir Fried Baked Tofu with Scallions, Garlic, Ginger and Tamari

One of my favorite ways to cook Tofu is to bake it. The result is a firmer outside texture and soft inside which is similar to frying but without all the calories and fat. In this recipe, I bake the tofu and then quickly mix it in with a simple stir-fry sauce. You will never know that it isn’t fried. Serve with rice.
