There's only two more Presto Pasta Nights to go until time is called and this week Kirsten of From Kirsten's Kitchen to Yours is hosting and as my time in Alba is also drawing to a close, I thought I'd make something with a local pasta - in this case Tajarin.Tajarin are an ultra thin type of tagliatelle, made using an egg heavy dough. Some recipes can use up to 40 yolks for each kilo of flou
