The day begins with an early morning oil bath, wearing new clothes, bursting of crackers, and visiting temples. It is customary to share Diwali / Deepavali 'Palagaram's' with your neighbours. These are the tradition of the day. Sweets and Savory are made and offered to God before sharing with neighbours and loved ones. The assorted treats from each home would delight us. E
