I know that if I'd made this into lots of diddy rolls instead of two big ones, they'd basically be veggie sausage rolls, but I decided to go for a slightly fancier name because this recipe deserves it. As you can see, I had mine with some steamed broccoli and crushed new potatoes, but you could go all out and have it with your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner; it would be a great veggie alternativ
