Turkish markets are not generous with wild mushrooms. I do not even know anyone who goes mushroom picking. And that's a real pity as there's nothing more delicious than wild mushrooms. However, farmed mushrooms can be found not just in markets but in the supermarkets. So when I am out of ideas for dinner, a simple toast with butter-fried oyster mushrooms do the magic.
