this week's tuesdays with dorie post featured a loaf of freshly baked semolina bread. it was over 90 degrees, it was too hot and humid to bake bread, but i went ahead and did it anyway. actually, the day i was baking the bread was rainy and gloomy and the oven didn't heat up the house too badly for a change. with just the two of us in the house, it can sometimes be difficult to finish
