Nut Brittle with Chocolate

Have fun with your brittles!!Brittles are one of the unsung heroes of candy and treats.  It is pretty easy to make, and most people love it!  It keeps really well and it doesn't need to be "perfect" nor does is it expected to!  Have fun with brittle - use up leftover nuts, melt fun chocolates onto it!  I LOVE toasted nuts and I made mine with some locally toasted nuts for fun!N
