Ingredients:-Rosemary focaccia thins (Costco find)-1/3" thick eggplant slices-Spices: Paprika, salt, pepper, "Chunky chat masala (Indian store)"-Olive oil-Vine ripe tomato slices-Fresh basil-MozzarellaIn a small bowl I mixed the paprika, salt, pepper and chat masala to taste with some olive oil. Then brushed this on both sides of the eggplant slices and grilled them.Then I layered the focaccia
