Zucchini Chocolate Chip Bread

div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"I've been on a quick bread bender. In the past few weeks I've made a href="http://www.playinghouseblog.com/2013/05/coconut-brown-butter-bread.html"Coconut Brown Butter Bread,/a a href="http://www.playinghouseblog.com/2012/08/banana-chocolate-chip-bread.html"Banana Chocolate Chip Bread/a, and now, Zucchini Bread.  Lately I've been making sure to set aside some of my precious nap time me-time for kitchen adventures and it's done wonders for my mental state. Some people need exercise or a stiff drink to blow off steam; I need to bake. I can't wait til my little munchkin is old enough to be my sous chef. In the meantime, she got her very own little play kitchen this week and it's so fun to watch her play house!br /br //diva href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/amyisaacson/9149812066/" title="Zucchini Bread by amyisaacson, on Flickr"img alt="Zucchini Bread" height="500" src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7381/9149812066_b70a8c704c.jpg" width="500" / /abr /bZucchini Bread /bbr /Adapted from a href="http://www.amazon.com/Americas-Test-Kitchen-Family-Baking/dp/1933615222"The America's Test Kitchen Family Baking Book/abr /Makes 1 loafbr /br /2 medium zucchini (1 pound)br /2 cups all-purpose flourbr /1 tsp baking sodabr /1 tsp baking powderbr /1 tsp ground cinnamonbr /1 tsp allspice or apple pie spicebr /1/2 tsp saltbr /1 1/2 cups sugarbr /6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooledbr /2 large eggs, lightly beatenbr /1/4 cup whole or low-fat plain yogurtbr /1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juicebr /1/2 cup chocolate chips (or toasted nuts, or dried fruit, whatever you prefer)br /br /1.
