  • 5 eggs, at room temperature
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • Dash of salt
  • 5 tablespoon self-rising flour
  • 1 can dulce de leche (manjarblanco)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
